Cherished Emblems was created from a deeply personal journey through loss. After saying goodbye to our beloved furry family member, Brother, we wanted to hold on to something—anything—that could keep his memory close. We carefully saved one of his whiskers as a keepsake, only to have it stolen shortly after. That heartbreak stayed with us.

We started Cherished Emblems with a mission to help others through their own grief journeys, offering memorial jewelry that brings comfort, strength, and connection.

Jordan Colton founded Cherished Emblems with a heart full of empathy and purpose. A childhood cancer survivor, Jordan understands the lasting impact of grief and the quiet strength that comes from remembering. His early experiences taught him how precious each memory can be—and how healing it is to keep those memories close.
With a background in marketing and love of design, Jordan brings both expertise and care to every emblem created. What began as a tribute to a beloved pet has become a trusted resource for families seeking connection, remembrance, and peace.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys exploring the beauty of Oregon with his wife, cooking comforting meals, and continuing to grow a business rooted in compassion and service.
